§1.1 Behaviour and interaction within the community
(1) The instructions of the team must always be followed. The team may be contacted at any time via ticket in the Discord in the event of uncertainties
(2) Social interaction is a prerequisite. Insults, griefing, racist, sexist and discriminatory remarks, char and tribe names will not be tolerated
(3) Taming and farming operations must not be disturbed by active interference or passive influence, e.g. by pulling wild animals
(4) Trade is largely unrestricted. Please also note the following points:
a) Giving away small starting aids for new players is welcome
b) Giving away or selling entire bases, large amounts of resources or masses of animals is not permitted
c) Tames may only be resold uncastrated without mutations
(5) All Tek structures must be locked
(6) Rhyniognatha may be kept in the trap for a maximum of 45 minutes for impregnation and must then be killed
(7) Streamers are welcome, but should be at least 18 years old. The streamer rank for Discord can be applied for at any time via a ticket
(8) Resetting bases in order to maintain them is not permitted. If you are absent for a longer period of time, please contact the team in the ticket
(9) Unauthorised third-party advertising is prohibited on all our platforms

(3) Exploiting loopholes in the rules and regulations is prohibited
(4) Loss of items and animals due to bugs or technical problems cannot be replaced if our system was unable to document this loss in a fully traceable manner
§1.3 Theft and griefing
(1) The deliberate dragging or dropping of wild animals to other players or their bases is prohibited
(2) Stealing from other players is prohibited
a) This also includes "ninja shooting". Whoever gets there first gets the drop, lootcrate, etc.
(3) Grabbing other players is prohibited
(4) In addition, the following actions must also be observed:
a) Dropping dinosaur eggs, especially from wild animals, is not permitted
b) Beaver dams must be completely emptied
c) The slaughtering of several ovises at the same time is prohibited
d) Tames must not be released, left standing around or left to wander in the wilderness

(2) A maximum of 10 members are possible in a tribe
(3) The team shall not resolve internal tribal disputes, but shall assist in settling them

(5) Dino-stacking is prohibited. This is usually done by placing babies too close together while they are growing up
(6) Entering other people's bases is not permitted without the owner's permission. This regulation does not apply in the following cases:
a) Player spawns in the base
b) Player wants to get access to game content such as Explorer Notes or Airdrops
§2 Building regulations
§2.1 General building regulations
(1) Base spot reservations through spamming of structures is prohibited
(2) The distance to neighbours indicated by the baselimiter must be maintained
(3) Construction is restricted or prohibited at the following locations:
a) Player spawns should be kept as clear as possible. Bases in player spawns must be built in such a way that players do not get stuck in structures and have a clearly marked exit
b) Resource-rich spots may not be built on
c) Caves, especially those containing artefacts and loot, must be kept free of structures and dinosaurs. Sleeping bags may be placed in front of the cave during the expedition. However, they must be removed at the end of the expedition
(4) Unnecessary structures should be avoided
a) Temporary structures for e.g. boss fights or tamper traps are permitted for the duration of use
b) Oil pumps and gas collectors may be placed, but must be placed in public areas. These may also only be placed during use
5) Teleporters may not be made public
§3 Base types
§3.1 We distinguish between 3 base types: Mainbase, Spawnbase and Waterbase
§3.2 There may only be one main base or one spawnbase on a map. Only the water base may be present on the same map as a main base
§3.3 Mainbase
(1) The number of main bases is limited to the number of active players in the tribe plus 1, up to a maximum of 10. It should be noted that one main base of the tribe is allowed per card
(2) The size of the base depends on the information in the baselimiter and must not be exceeded
§3.4 Spawnbase
(1) Spawnbases are used to store your own equipment. The following items are therefore not permitted:
a) Permanent breeding
b) Tames that are permanently outside
c) Passive productions, such as cropplots
(2) The size of the spawnbase is 64 vanilla foundations, whereby the longest side may be a maximum of 10 vanilla foundations long. The height is limited to 6 vanilla walls
(3) Built rafts and tames count as spawnbase
§3.5 Waterbase
(1) The water base should enable players to raise and breed aquatic tames. The following applies:
a) The tames must be below the water surface
b) No other land tames may be left outside permanently
(2) The size of the water base is 28x28x28 vanilla foundations. A small spawn hut may be built within the water base. Pillars around a corresponding bump or to be able to build further from the beach are not counted towards the height
§4 Breeding and mutation
§4.1 Tames with mutations may not be traded, exchanged, given away or otherwise passed on unneutered. Neutered animals are not affected by this
§4.2 30 mutations are permitted per stat (60 points). The basic value and all mutation steps are required as proof
§4.2 The basic proof authorises the player to pass on mutations in the future. This right exists with each value per tame that has been mutated once and a complete proof exists. This complete proof must be kept.
Example: Clean basic value is 40 HP. All mutation steps (42, 44, ..., 100) must be retained
§4.3 Mutations may be inherited, regardless of the base value
§5 Dealing with rule violations
§5.1 Rule violations are penalised individually
§5.2 Unnecessary structures, double bases or stray tames outside the base may be removed by the team without warning
§5.3 In the event of multiple or serious rule violations, the team reserves the right to exclude the player from the community
§5.4 Past offences may be disregarded by the team
§5.5 The team reserves the right to adapt or extend the rules at any time
